The Sagem saga

Here we sit evening times

Having ‘fun’ manning the lines

Taking calls from people who

Seem to have nothing better to do

Then suddenly find they have no internet

It’s not worked for days – but got to connect

Need the issue resolved in a minute or less

Because their ‘business’ is now in a mess

And unfortunately they received the ‘black’ sagem box

For those here all hope is immediately lost

We go through the motions and hope for saving grace

But fully expect that in the end, will need to replace
