Early Start

Some mornings I have to rise

Before the sun reaches the skies

And make my weary way to work

Various duties I cannot shirk

Hardware installs, soft upgrades

These are things that fill my days

Soft support, hardware to replace

Wonder sometimes if I’ll win this race

But if I was not doing all this

Would I be considered quite remiss?

How I would like a life of leisure

For a week or two it would be a pleasure

But undoubtedly I would eventually need to find

Something for me to occupy my time.
